Brandon and I have never carved pumpkins together so I was determined we would this year. I decided to go family style and make a K and add some Halloween accent by adding a bat next to the K. Brandon carved a face out of his pumpkin. It was a fun event that Brandon and I got to do together! Yeah for craft night at the Krauska house! 
The elementary school I work at had a baby shower for me yesterday the 22nd. The staff there is amazing, I have only been at the school for 3 months and for them to have this shower for me was so special!!!! My mom came to the shower, so that was very special too. We had great food and eveyrone wrote down advice or one thing for me to remember when Brooke is born. Some things that were written were very sweet and funny! They will be great to look back on when she does arrive! We received so many cute gifts and gift cards. Brandon and I had fun going to babies-r-us and using all of our giftcards, it was like a shopping spree for us! Thanks McKenzie Staff!!!
We had our baby shower on the 19th and received so many cute and fun things for Brooke! It is making Brandon and I more and more anxious for her arrival. Everyone who contributed to making the shower possible and all the people who came we are so thankful for. You all made this shower a very special day and event for Brandon and I! After the shower we went through and sorted everything; Which was very fun and exciting! Our family and friends are such a blessing to us!!! We love you all!!!
The crib FINALLY came in this past Friday. That night I went to the Jessica Simpson concert with my good friend Shari and while I was gone Brandon put it together. It looks so good!!!! I am so excited! The bedding looks great and I could not be happier! We had our baby shower on Sunday and it was so wonderful!!! So on the crib you will notice the mobile and bunny we received as gifts, I had to add them to the picture!
32 weeks…..8 more weeks to go!!! I had my appointment which was just a tummy check. They say she is right where she is supposed to be. Not measuring big or small, right on time!!! I did have to bring in my blood pressure machine for the doctor to check and make sure my readings at home were accurate. I also now have to check once a day for 10 movements within an hour. This is nerve racking because Brooke likes to move 9 times and then takes awhile to move that 10th time. But she is getting better!!! Other than that things are going well. Brandon and I had a busy weekend. We went to the Fair on Friday then to the MHS football game which we had to leave and go to the ER to check on Luke (quarterback for MHS, family friend) and while we were there we visited Blake and Kristin, who had their baby that night. Then on Saturday Brandon and I drove to College Station for the A&M game (which was disappointing). Then after the game we drive back to Dallas and back to the hospital to go see the Clickner baby. The crib still hasn’t come in….can’t express enough frustration with that….So my baby shower is next Sunday (so excited!!!!!) and my next doctor’s appointment is in 2 weeks!
