This was Brooke’s first bottle and first time Daddy got to feed her. It was so cute to watch. It didn’t take her long to figure it out. Brandon enjoyed feeding her and I enjoyed watching this special moment between the two of them.
Here are a few pictures of Brooke playing on her mat. The mat has animals hanging from it, she loves to kick the horse at her feet and hit the duck and lion with her hands. She really enjoys playing on her mat and I just love to watch her.
Today Brandon and I took Brooke to McKinney for the 3rd Monday trade days. We walked around and didn’t buy a thing. Everything we saw either we didn’t need or I said “I could make that”. Although it was a trip with no purchases we had a lot of fun. Here is a picture of Brooke ready to go. She is just so darn cute!!!
This morning when I woke up I was holding Brooke in bed and letting her do tummy time on the boppy, since I didn’t want to get out of bed yet. When Brandon leaves for work, Jaci gets in bed with me and this morning she was just checking Brooke out so I had to take some pictures. The one picture is Brooke wearing her puppy house slippers. Uncle Preston and his girlfriend Rachel were in Texas for the week so Brandon, Brooke and I took them to the Dallas World Aquarium. We ate lunch down in the west end and then spent a few hours at the Aquarium. We had a great time spending the day with them and looking at all the animals. Brooke stayed awake for a little bit but then fell asleep, as usual. It will be fun to take her back there when she can look around at all the animals. Here are pictures of our trip!
