Brooke has seemed intersted in the t.v. when we are watching it and sits on our lap. She has no problem just chilling and watching it with us. Just to let you all know, she does not watch it with us often, infact very rarely. So since she paid attention to the t.v. I put in Baby Einstein, which i have never seen, and she liked it. I think it is one of the dumbest movies ever made. It interested her for a few minutes but I just thought it was a silly way to entertain children. Anyways, she was cute sitting in her Bumbo watching her own first movie.

At our baby shower, my mom got Brooke this really cute horse jumper. I decided to put it together to see if Brooke would jump or do anything in it. She is still a little to short for it so I have to put a pillow underneath her. I also have to put a blanket in the seat with her so she is stabilized. She loves her horse!!! It makes sounds and she has learned that she has to move for the horse to play music. A couple of times she would throw her hand up like a true cowgirl. It is pretty funny to watch her on her horse!

Brooke and I had Rachel, Britton, Rylie, Jill and Slade over for lunch and play time today. The Picture is of Brooke and Britten laying on the floor together. They were born on the same day at the same hospital and only minutes apart. His parents go to our church, we were in the same community group together while Rachel and I were pregnant. It is so fun to us that they were born on the same day and so close in time. So they will be friends, they have no choice

Brooke had her first Valentines Day. Brandon and I celebrated Valentines Day on Friday night.Brooke stayed at Grandma and Grandpas house while Mommy and Daddy went out. Brandon surprised me with dinner at Chamberlins Steak and Chop House. The food was really good. Brandon had a Rib Eye Steak and I had Salmon and Tiger shrimp. It was a nice surprise and fun for us to go out on a date.

Today Brandon had the day off so we went out to run errands. We were in search for new baking sheets and one place we went to was by Great Grandpas house so we had to stop by to see him. He was so excited to see us, us meaning Brooke. hahaha
