Sesame Street Breakfast

Brandon and I took Brooke to Sea World this weekend and found out that they had a Sesame Street Breakfast available. We got there before the park opened for the breakfast and had such a great time watching Brooke interact with the characters. She absolutely loved Telly Monster and would yell his name and he would turn around every time to her calling his name. She hugged every single one of them and loved it when they sat on the floor with her. She even got in their laps for some snuggle time. I think because she was friendly with the characters they kept coming back to our table, which was fine with me!!! We had a BLAST and are sure happy that we found out about this for Brooke!

Swimming with Lily

Even though we don’t get to see my best friend Rachel and her kids too often, it’s such a joy when we do get to spend time with them. Brooke and Lily are 3 months apart and Brooke just loves to play with her. We took the kids swimming, out to eat and had a little play time at our house!!! It was a busy but fun day!

both of them had to get in the car at the same time!

Green

This week our color is Green! Brooke made a frog with her hands being the feet, a book of green things and colored her green sheet. She really liked the frog and the book. I didn’t get a picture of the book but here is the frog!!

Splash Park

Today Brooke and I met up with Jennifer and her kids to play at the Splash Park. Brooke wasn’t too into it. She liked watching everyone else and playing with baby Jentry. She did get in it a couple of times when I would hold her hand. Since she didn’t care for it too much, we didn’t stay for too long. Maybe next time I will wear my swim suit so I can get wet and maybe she will enjoy it more!

Slumber Party

After my cousins party, Brandon went to the movies with some guy friends and so Brooke and I had the twins come over for a sleepover. We made a big palate in the living room, watched a movie and had dr. pepper, popcorn, cake and capri sun. Yes a true girls night with movies and junk food! Brooke loved playing with the older girls and had a such a fun time hanging out on the palate. When Brandon’s movie was over he came home without the girls knowing and scared the heck out of them by tapping and knocking on the back window, it was quite funny!!! Here are a few pictures of the sleepover!
