Friday is here and so is high school football. Tonight will be Forney’s first home football game. Darby (our neighbor) is a Varsity cheerleader this year and when I dropped Brooke off at school today Darby was there and Brooke was so excited to see her. Brooke got to buy a spirit ribbon and sticker from her and wore it that day at school. After school, Brooke, Luke and I went to sweet frogs for great behavior at school all week!

Before the game, we did some tailgating with our awesome neighbors and had a great time eating and meeting new people! Luke was so excited and kept saying “football game.” During the game he and Brooke did lots of yelling and shaking of the pom pom that hit me in the face way too many times. The kids loved yelling “Go Jackrabbits,” even Luke which was so cute! We had a great time watching football and seeing Darby cheer at the game! We can’t wait for more high school football this season!
