This cake was made by demand not by choice…..Just kidding. Even though we are not Texas fans this cake turned out very well. I was quite impressed with the final product. We made this cake for our friend Clay’s 13th birthday. He is a huge Texas fan so we wanted to surprise him with this Longhorn cake. Everyone loved it and some couldn’t believe I made it. There was another surprise in this cake…the cake was maroon. We found it to be extremely funny and of course Brandon cut the cake and I bet you know what he cut off first…The Horns “Saw ‘Em Off”.  With the extra cake that we cut off I made a few cake bites, there is a few that do not fit in, can you see which 2 do not belong. Even though this cake took awhile to make it turned out great!
