Yesterland Farm
My mom got us all tickets to go visit Yesterland Farm in Canton. I had never been or heard fo this place but it looked cute on their website! The forecast for the day said it was going to be rainy but we took our chances anyways.
Brandon and Papa met us out there after they fished at Lake Fork that morning. Nana, Grandma, Brooke and I got out there when it opened and started to explore. We got Brooke a all you can ride bracelet for all the rides. The rides were old but Brooke loved them.
This place was actually very cute and so fun. Brooke got to ride in the canoes, which she wasn’t too sure of at first but then loved them once she got used to it. She said she was riding Shamu though, not a canoe. I didn’t argue with her, it was cute.
We watched some pigs races, pet animals at the petting zoo, raced rubber ducks and so much more. Brandon and Brooke shot the corn cannon and almost made it through the hole.
We all went through the corn maze which was the coolest part of the whole place I thought. It was much more complex and sophisticated and so much fun.
After the maze, Brooke got to ride a few more rides, even her first roller coaster. She rode it all by herself which I was kinda freaking out about, but she was strapped in well and said she was excited. It took off and at first there wasn’t a smile then her smile became bigger and bigger. She rode it twice and had a blast. I was so proud of her!
After a few more rides it started to rain so we tried to wait it out for a few minutes, rode one ride in the rain then called it quits. We had a blast and Brooke really enjoyed herself!
