Hot Fudge Pie
I found a recipe on Pinterest that looked so good, I just had to try it out. I of course do NOT follow recipes and make them how I would so really I just find things and use them as a “Guideline.” I literally could have eaten the whole thing in one sitting, it was so yummy!
The recipe:
4 ounces unsalted butter
1 cup sugar
1.5 ounces of milk chocolate chips
2 eggs beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup flour
2 tbsp milk
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. grease pie dish
3. melt butter and chocolate and stir together
4. Mix sugar and eggs together till they are combined well
5. Add chocolate to egg/sugar mixture
6. Add vanilla and milk, stir well
7. Stir in flour until you see no white or lumps
8. bake for 25 minutes
9. ENJOY this delicious PIE!
