Brandon mentioned he thought about smoking some ribs and so I mentioned that one day I would get him to smoke me a brisket. We then went to the grocery store and he bought me a brisket to smoke for us. This was his first brisket to smoke and man did it turn out great, all 4 of us enjoyed it for dinner the next night! He also smoked some chicken which of course turned out great too!
