Our day started out with Brooke and I having lunch at Taco Casa, her choice! After lunch we went to get our hair cut. I had been growing mine out in order to donate it to Locks of Love. Growing up, my best friend did this a couple of times and inspired me to one day do it myself! I was so excited and nervous at the same time. When my friend Jennifer cut my pony tail off, she had Brooke watch, and Brooke was so excited for me. Brooke then wanted her hair that short, but I wasn’t ready for that, so we just cut a few inches off hers! Both of our haircuts turned out so cute!

After our hair cuts, we went over to get pedicures. Brooke loves getting her toe nails painted and well, so do I. Brooke chose blue with glitter and mine ended up the same, since she wanted us to match! After our toes dried, we went over to Celebration Station and played a couple rounds of miniature golf. Brooke has never played miniature golf yet, so I was excited to take her. I have been wanting to do this for awhile, but wanted to wait till she was old enough to actually play and really enjoy it! She did pretty well and was so close to a hole in one a couple of times!

I loved my day with Brooke and the special time we got to have together, just her and I. She is so special to me and I love her so very much! Our Mommy and Daughter date as she called it was a success and I can’t wait till our next one!
