Navarre Florida
Our day started out with no throw up, so it was looking good! We got all the kids ready and packed to go to the beach for the day! We decided to stay close by to our friends house, just in case Luke needed to go back to rest. The beaches in Navarre were so pretty and the houses along the coast were so cute! It made me want to rent a house on the beach and live there all summer!
The part of the beach we picked was great! It wasn’t crowded and it had a great spot for the kids to swim and play, plus bathrooms near by! The waves got big at times but the kids didn’t seem to mind at all! I lathered the kids with sun screen and put some on myself too but at the end of the day I got burned! Liked so burned you could not touch my legs. Not a smart move on my part! The kids thankfully did not get burned but Brooke was already looking tan. Luke took a great nap on the beach and didn’t seem to mind being on the towel, under the umbrella for a snooze! When we got back he and Brandon both crashed again before dinner.
That night, we went out to dinner just us 4 at a local place called “TC’s Front Porch” to grab some food. After dinner, I wanted dessert and so we hit up a local snow cone shop. I wanted a cake flavored snow cone and Brooke wanted Chocolate. Before getting there Brandon said they would not have either, but thankfully he was wrong. This place had so many choices! I got a double cake flavored snow cone and Brooke got one that tasted like a fudgsicle! I am not a fan of snow cones, but these were delicious. Luke still wasn’t feeling good, but he was a trooper and hung with us all day!
