I asked Brandon what he wanted for his 30th birthday and since he didn’t want a party, he and I rented a cabin at Beaver’s Bend. Our cabin was tucked away in the woods and was just beautiful. We got to the cabin, checked everything out and then went into town to the grocery store for food for the weekend. We wanted to relax and just enjoy a weekend to ourselves. Brandon grilled for us each night and it was just wonderful. On our way back home, we stopped and took some pictures of these beautiful sunflower fields we saw. The sea of yellow was just gorgeous! We had such a great weekend, one without cell phones (due to no cell service where we were) and just time for him and I to spend quality time together!
