We are going to miss the fireworks in our city, so I wanted to find somewhere else where we could watch them. Before we left to go do this though, Luke wanted to play dress up with me, so ha and I were Ninja Turtles and Darth Vader! Once we got done playing, we went over to our friends house, walked to the park and attended Sunnyfest to see the fireworks. We got there a couple hours before the fireworks would start so that the kids could play. They got to slide down a slide, go through an obstacle course, ride a train and get 4th of July tattoos!

Luke stuck right with Brooke and Saide and did everything they did. He made me nervous with the slide and obstacle course but he did great and loved it. All three of them loved riding the train. After all these, we went to where we set up our chairs and watched the fireworks. While they were going off Brooke pretended like she was making them go off and Luke was just fascinated with seeing them. We had a great night with friends and a wonderful time at Suunyfest!
