I love this weekend that our church put on. My kids even look forward to it because they love having older kids at our home all weekend! All week they asked when the big kids were coming over. This group we have this year are seniors and it is our 3rd year to have them. Some of them we even had in our home when they were in the 8th grade. Brandon and I could not wait to host this year for them because it is their last and just to have one more D-Now weekend with them meant so much to us. For recreation, we rented bubble soccer which was so much fun. They even had a couple smaller ones, so Brooke, Luke and our friend Michael got to play in the bubbles as well. These were super fun but they sure were a work out! Thankfully no one got hurt, well at least too bad. We started off just playing the games they had for us, which were fun but then it turned into rolling down the hill and then getting thrown down the hill. Probably not the best idea, but it sure was funny to watch! We had an amazing weekend. Hearing the kids talk about how they want God to move in their lives and for us to be able to encourage them in their walk with the Lord is something I will always treasure! We also got the same 2 college leaders, which we absolutely love and had an amazing weekend with them as well! We will sure miss these kids when they all move off to college!
