Oh man, my sweet baby boy is 4 years old! I feel like time has flown by with him and he has grown up so fast right before my eyes! Luke LOVES and I mean loves to dress up like a cowboy. He will wear his cowboy boots any chance he gets. For his birthday party, he of course wanted a cowboy party. My mom and I took him shopping and he picked out 2 cowboy hats, chaps, a new belt and belt buckle and a vest. Oh man he really thinks he is a cowboy now! He can’t wait for his party, but before his party, I had to take some pictures!

Today you turned four years old. I remember the day I walked into the hospital to have you and then got to hold you for the first time. You were so cute and so sweet and stole my heart in a way I didn’t know existed. You are now a big boy, so independent, stubborn at times but oh so sweet. You are such a joy and a mommy’s boy, which I just eat up! You make us laugh all the time. You come up with and say the funniest things! You are very charming and know how to use that to your benefit. You are also strong willed, you know what you want and you won’t give in without a fight! You are very particular in what you want and you go after that with full force! You are a strong leader and a fun kid to be around. Mommy and Daddy are so proud of you and love watching you grow up! You are also a great little brother! You look up to your sister so much and want to do everything she does! Your age does not hold you back because you think you are as old as she is and can do anything she does and you try! The thing I love most about you is your sweet spirit. You truly care about others and have such a sweet spirit when it comes to loving people. You love to cuddle with me, you think of others, you at times still ask me to take a nap with you or to rock-a-bye you, which I can almost never say no to. Mommy loves you so very much and you hold such a special place in my heart. You truly are the best little boy Mommy could have ever asked for and I am beyond blessed to be the one you call Mommy! I love you so very much and I hope you have a very happy 4th Birthday!
