Disney World – Day 1
We scheduled our flight early in the morning so we would have most of the day at a park when we arrived. Our flight was at 6am, so we left our house at 3:30am. This would make for a long day but it would be worth it, we were at Disney World! When we arrived at our hotel,Luke got a birthday button, we checked our carry on items and got on the bus right after that to head to magic kingdom. We started playing the Mickey Sorcery game to collect more cards. Brooke really liked this game! Luke got to ride Splash Mountain for the first time and loved it! He had been talking about this ride for weeks and could not wait to ride it! We also attended the main street dance party and the kids got to dance with Judy Hops from Zootopia! Luke was wearing hi birthday button and when I went to go get mickey ice creams for the kids, the worker gave him one free since it was his birthday! It was such a sweet and nice surprise! Luke also got us in the fast pass line on the Barn Stormer ride because he was wearing his birthday pin! So far this birthday pin has been very beneficial! He may be wearing this every day, lol! After a few rides we went over to meet Daisy, Minnie, Goofy and Donald. The kids drew pictures of the characters and we made signature books with their drawings, so that the characters could sign those. The characters loved them and it made for some great interaction time! When we got over to Goofy, he signed his name and put that he was number 1 on their book. When we got to Donald he made the 1 a 2 and signed his name and put that he was number 1. It was funny to see them interact with each other and fight over who was number 1. Our first day at Disney was amazing and we sure love this magical place!
