Disney World – Day 2
Our second day at Disney was spent at Hollywood Studios! This is my second favorite park so I was excited for the day! We first rode a few rides and then had breakfast at Hollywood and Vine. The kids got to meet Sophia the First, Jake from the Neverland Pirates, Handy Manny and Doc McStuffins! The breakfast here was great and the kids loved meeting a few of their favorite Disney Junior characters! Brooke and I rode Rock-n-Roller Coaster and it was so much fun! This was her first time to be able to ride this since she is now tall enough! After her and I rode it, she loved it and wanted to ride again and so her and Brandon rode it together! After a few rides, we had lunch at the sci fi diner. It was a later lunch and all of us were pretty tired, so being in a dark room was almost putting us all to sleep, lol. I had’t eaten here in years, so sitting int he old car like you are at a drive in was very fun! We also started pin collecting, which can be quite addicting! Trading pins with cast members is so much fun because you never know what you will find! Its like a huge scavenger hunt, and I of course love it! We got to meet several characters today, including Olaf, Buzz Lightyear, Woody, Kylo Ren, Chip and Dale. Olaf loved seeing Brooke and Luke’s drawing of him and showed the line their drawings. All the people clapped and Brooke and Luke’s faces just lit up! When we were in line for Chip and Dale, the character helper gave Brooke and Luke a sticker. We told them that we were collecting stickers and so they filled Luke’s shirt up with all these different stickers! It was so funny and became a contest between the workers on who had different ones to give to Luke! Later that night, we got to ride Toy Story Mania with no line and no wait. It was pretty awesome! After that we wet over to watch the Star Wars fire work show and loved it! Hollywood Studios closed before Magic Kingdom that night, so after the fireworks, we took the VIP bus over to Magic Kingdom for a few hours. This bus is one that transfers you from inside one park to the inside of another park. It is super fast and very convenient! Very much so worth the money to purchase! Our second day was awesome and now our legs are starting to get tired and sore, but we will keep going, because we don’t slow down at Disney, you might miss something, lol!
