This week, at Brooke’s school is teacher appreciation. Brooke loves her teacher Mrs. Shaw and was so excited to bring her a gift everyday to school. On Monday she brought her a container filled with chocolate covered almonds with a note saying “Nuts about You.” On Tuesday she brought her a insulated cup filled with pink things, since this is the teachers favorite color, and a note that said “I am tickled pink that you are my teacher.” On Wednesday she brought her a wooden pencil with her name on it that I made for her to hang in her classroom. On Thursday she received a jar full of chocolate chip cookies with a note that said “Thanks for making me One Smart Cookie.” and on Friday she gave Mrs. Shaw a blooming plant with a ruler and note that stated, “Thanks for helping me grow.” Brooke loved bringing these to Mrs. Shaw and showing her how much we appreciate her!
