Since I was only wanting to practice with the sesame street characters I had extra cake balls left over. With these I just made simple chocolate and white chocolate cake balls. These are super easy to make, you just have to dip quickly to get the ball covered or spoon the chocolate quickly over each cake ball. They work best doing a couple at a time leaving the rest in the freezer to be firm, but not frozen.  In this recipe I used white cake with cream cheese frosting.
