Today was a great day to go to the zoo, so we asked our friends Cutler and Carley to go with us. It was a little chilly but ended up being a beautiful day! We rode the new monorail, which the kids love riding, we fed the giraffes, fed the birds, pet the goats and simply had a wonderful time. Our favorite animal was the Mandrill. He was right by the window and was excited to see us! We showed him a video on my phone of other mandrills and he would just sit and watch it, it was so funny! He also hot the window which sacred us all but the kids of course wanted him to then do it again! We loved our day at the zoo and look forward to our next visit!
