Zucchini and Squash Bake
We have been able to pick 2 squash and 2 zucchini’s from our garden so I decidded to make something yummy with our home grown produce! This is a zucchini and squash bake. It is super easy and very tasty!
Ingredients:
2 medium squash – sliced or cubed
2 medium zucchini – sliced or cubed
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp thyme
1 cup grated cheese
salt and pepper for taste
Directions:
Slice zucchini and squash. Add all the spices and mix. Add 1/2 cup of shredded cheese. Spray 8×8 pan with oil then bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes at 350. Then add the other 1/2 cup of shredded cheese to the top of the casserole and bake until cheese is melted.
