Gooey Butter Bars

These bars are so yummy and so simple to make. I brought mine to work for my co-workers to enjoy! I think these will become a dessert I begin making for every holiday!

1 egg
1 stick melted butter

8oz Cream Cheese
2 eggs
1 stick melted butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla
3 and 3/4 cups of confectioners sugar

Preheat oven to 350°. Prepare crust first. In a large mixing bowl, combine the crust ingredient. Transfer to a 13″×9″ un-greased baking pan and spread evenly over the bottom of the pan. Set aside.

Next, add the confectioner’s sugar one cup at a time until all sugar is mixed in, scrape sides during the mixing process. Pour filling over the crust, and spread evenly with a spatula.
