8 oz. cream cheese
1 pound of cooked chicken/shredded
salt & pepper to taste
2 Tablespoons of melted butter
2 Tablespoons of bread crumbs
1 package of jumbo biscuits
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line a cookie sheet with foil.
Cook chicken and shred. Using boneless skinless breast are the best!
Blend cream cheese, salt & pepper. Add chicken once blended together.
Separate each biscuit and roll out on a lightly floured surface.
Put a large spoonful of chicken mixture into each circle of dough. Pull corners of dough to top of center of chicken mixture.
Pinch points to seal.
Brush top with melted butter and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until brown and toasted on top.
