Chicken Pot Pie
8 ounces frozen mixed veggies
1 pound chicken, boiled and shredded
¼ cup milk
15 oz cream of chicken soup (recipe below -double the recipe for this pot pie)
1 can 4 ct refrigerated biscuits
Cream of Chicken Recipe: 9makes about 6oz – 8oz)
2 Tablespoons Butter
¼ teaspoons Salt, Optional
½ cups Milk
½ cup Chicken Broth
1. In saucepan, steam vegetables until done.
2. Drain, then mix in chicken, soup, and milk.
3.Add Salt and pepper to taste.
4.Pour into pie dish.
5.Separate biscuits into layers and place on top of mixture.
6. Spray w/ butter spray.
7. Bake @425, 15min, or as biscuit pkg directs.
