Chicken Vegetable Pizza
1 frozen pizza crust, let this defrost and rise for several hours, or you can use 1 can pizza dough
8 oz can tomato sauce
¼-½ lb cooked chicken, sliced
½ onion, sliced (optional)
2 Tbsp thinly sliced sun-dried tomatoes
1 small green pepper, sliced
1 cup low-moisture shredded Mozzarella cheese
1. Heat oven to 450.
2. Place crusts on stone or a sprayed baking sheet
3. spread tomato sauce on crust
4. Top with vegetables and chicken then cheese
5. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until crust is brown and cheese is melted.
