My best friend’s little girl has turned one and her party is this weekend. Lots of crafts and food making is going to be happening this week! Yesterday our first birthday project was to make cupcake and one shaped cookies. They took awhile to do, but in the end they turned out very cute! They were so much fun to make!! I can’t wait to make more cookies in all sorts of shapes and characters!

First we made our dough, cut them into the shapes we wanted and baked!

After they are cooled, outline with royal icing.

Fill the top portion and then we added sanding sugar

Flood the bottoms!

Add stripes to the bottom and polka dots to the tops using royal icing.

Same with the Ones, Outline.
