D-Now Skating
This weekend we had D-Now at our church. Brandon and I hosted a home again and this year had 11, 8th grade girls at our house. It was very different than last year but we had a great time. Brooke loved having so many girls at our house. I think she thought she was in 8th grade too. She always wanted to be right in the middle of what they were doing or join in with them in their conversations. They did great with her and they all had a wonderful weekend.
For our rec time they decided they wanted to go roller skating. Brooke was super excited. The girls had a blast and so did Brooke, even though she didn’t skate for very long. Brooke didn’t really want to skate that much once we got there and made it around the rink once with Brandon. The rink had these toddler bars you could rent so the kids could push around to help them skate better. Brooke used this to go around once but then enjoyed playing with it more off the rink. We had a great time and again had a great group for D-Now!
Good job Brooke (and Daddy!!). Looks like you had alot of fun!
