Strawberry Glazed Muffins

This are so good! I doubled the recipe to make 24 muffins but this recipe below is for only 12!

Strawberry Glazed Muffins
Servings: 12 Muffins


1 cup flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup milk
1 egg
1 tbsp melted butter
10 medium to large strawberries pureed with 2 tsp seedless strawberry jam
1 tbsp pure maple syrup

3 cups powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cups cold milk

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. Place cupcake liners in cupcake pan.
3. To make muffins combine dry ingredients in a large bowl and whisk together.
4. Create a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add in milk, egg, butter, and maple syrup.
5. Stir until combined.
6. Stir in strawberry mixture.
7. Use large ice cream scoop and place 1 scoop in each cup cake liner.
8. Bake for 8-10 minutes until muffins spring back when touched or look done.
9. Place on a cooling rack to cool completely.
10. While muffins are cooling make glaze.
11.To make glaze, stir all ingredients together until smooth.
12. When muffins are spoon glaze over the top of each muffin.
13. When the glaze has set enjoy these delicious muffins!
