This is Brooke’s first official fair day. She was super excited that she got a free ticket that would get her in the fair. We got there mid afternoon and it was a little warm and crowded but we managed. We ran into several friends, which is always fun. Our first stop was to get chili cheese fries and then walk around some. These fries are so big but yet so delicious! We went to the petting zoo, walked through the buildings, looked at cars and then had our caricature done. The caricature turned out great and it was fun to see how they drew us! After that, we got some more to eat. Luke had his first Fletcher’s corn dog and ate the whole thing by himself! We then rode some rides in the midway and of course this was the kids favorite part. Brandon rode on the log flume with Brooke and Luke and they had such a fun time. Fair rides seem to be more fun when you are riding them with your kids! We had an awesome time and stayed till 9 pm! Brooke’s first official fair day was a success!
