Low Carb Cheese Biscuits

Ingredients:
3 cups Almond Flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
8 ounces cream cheese
1 stick of butter (melted)
2 eggs
1 cup shredded cheese

Directions:
1. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
2. Mix the flour, salt and baking powder until combined
3. Add the cream cheese, melted butter and 2 eggs and mix till combined
4. Fold in the shredded cheese
5. Using a ice cream scoop, scoop into a cupcake pan, I lined mine with cupcake liners
6. Bake for 22-25 minutes

Makes 18 biscuits! Each biscuit is 3 net carbs!!
