Today is Brooke’s last day of Kindergarten! She has loved her teacher and the friends she has met this year. It is crazy to think that her first year in school has come to an end. I could not be more thankful and happy with the experience and wonderful teacher she had this year. As a mom I was nervous sending her off and being away from me several hours during the day but she did great and having such a great school sure helped! Today they had their end of the school year party with breakfast, decorated graduation hats and then sang a first grade song Mrs. Shaw made for them. The song was so cute but also sad because soon my little girl will be a big first grader! Before school, I took a few pictures and then asked Brooke what she wanted to be when she grows up. She told me she wants to be a veterinarian. I can’t wait to ask this question every year to see if it changes but also to see how God uses my little girl to become who He desires her to be! I am so proud of you Brooke and all that you have accomplished and who you are. You are so sweet and caring and I love you so much!
