Brandon and I used to go to Celebrate Freedom when we were in high school and college. We haven’t been in years and this year we decided that it would be fun to go again. The thing that got me interested was hearing that David Crowder would be preforming. Both Brandon and I really like his music so we were excited to see him in concert again. I ended up with VIP tickets from a friend who couldn’t go, so we asked our friends the Ainsworth’s to join us. Our kids get along so well together and really enjoy the time they get to spend together. Jill and I took the kids around walking and they got bags full of souvenirs or as I like to call junk, but they had fun collecting and winning so that’s what matters. We listened to a few bands and then went back out to our cars to have a tail gate. We cooked hot dogs and sausage on a stick and just had fun hanging out. The concerts were great and David Crowder was awesome to see. We lasted till the end to see the fireworks and then headed home! It was such a fun time spending the day with our friends and listening to great music!
