After school today, I picked up 17 kids from school to walk home to our house for a little Valentine party. Luke invited 6 of his friends and Brooke invited 11 of her friends. We walked home and even though its not a short walk the kids seem to really love walking home. When they got to our house they first got to eat a snack. I had brownies, popcorn cups with m&m’s, fruit, heart cheese and crackers. Once they were done with their snack they got to paint a valentine canvas. The boys were done with this activity way faster than the girls so they went up stirs to play while the girls kept working on their paintings. We then went out side and had a heart candy relay race. They had to get candy hearts on their spoons and run down to the other cup. The first team to fill up their other cup was the winner. All the kids seemed to have such a great time and I loved having them all over!
